一、為推廣臺灣高等教育及吸引國際學生來臺就學, 財團法人高等教育國際合作基金會自即日起舉辦短影音徵件比賽,邀請目前在臺就讀及畢業留臺之國際學生, 拍攝60至90秒的短影音,分享其在臺灣留學經驗,展現臺灣多元的學習環境與文化特色。

二、以下活動說明：

(一)比賽內容與規範: 請參閱本文附件及Study in Taiwan官網公告 (https://www.studyintaiwan.org/news/1086?utk=L25ld3M)。

(二)短影音徵件表單: 請有意願參加的國際學生完整填寫,並上傳短影音作品檔案及授權書至此表單 (https://forms.gle/FZQcmgnUZRoQgeX68)。

(三)徵件期間: 短影音徵件採二階段競賽,初賽自即日起至本 (114)年9月19日(星期五)止,決賽名單於10月15日(星期三)公告後進行決賽,決賽時程至10月29日(星期三)止。

(四)活動獎勵: 經本會評審評選後獲選之短影音作品,將刊登於 Study in Taiwan、本會官網及本會所屬社群媒體,獲選作品之投稿 「人也將獲得豐富獎品:

1、首獎1名:iPhone 16 Pro 128GB(含稅);

2、二獎1名:SONY ZV-1 II Handheld Grip Kit(含稅);

3、三獎1名:Insta360 X5 Get-Set Bundle (含稅);

4、四獎1名:Insta360 Ace Pro 2 Dual Battery Bundle(含稅);

5、五獎1名:Fujifilm instax mini EVO(含稅);

6、入圍獎20名:全聯福利中心壹仟元禮券

1. Purpose:
To promote higher education in Taiwan and attract international students to study in Taiwan, the Foundation for International Cooperation in Higher Education of Taiwan (FICHET) is launching a short video contest starting today. The contest invites current international students and alumni who graduated and remained in Taiwan to create a 60–90 second short video sharing their study-abroad experiences in Taiwan, highlighting the diversity of Taiwan's learning environment and cultural characteristics.

2. Event Details:

(1) Contest Guidelines:

(2) Video Submission Form:
Interested international students should complete the submission form in full and upload their short video entry along with the authorization form to the following link: https://forms.gle/FZQcmgnUZRoQgeX68

(3) Submission Period:
The contest consists of two phases:

• Preliminary Round: From now until Friday, September 19, 2025

• Final Round: Finalists will be announced on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, and the final selection will conclude on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

(4) Prizes:
Winning videos, selected by a panel of judges, will be featured on the Study in Taiwan website, FICHET's official website, and affiliated social media platforms. Winners will also receive the following prizes:

1. First Prize (1 winner): iPhone 16 Pro 128GB (incl. tax)

2. Second Prize (1 winner): SONY ZV-1 II Handheld Grip Kit (incl. tax)

3. Third Prize (1 winner): Insta360 X5 Get-Set Bundle (incl. tax)
