學生申請雙聯學位所需相關資料（學生使用）

●請填寫線上＂赴國外研修甄選申請表＂及紙本申請表(請見"國際移動">"國際姊妹校交換">"姊妹校申請流程">"相關表單")，並附上相關語言能力檢定證明及成績單等資料申請。

●將於申請期限內，將申請資料繳交至系所院學承辦公室審核／面試後。再由系所院學程推薦至國際處。使獲得前往就讀雙聯學位之資格。

●請注意申請期限及截止日。以及每校所需之自費經費。

Documents for Applying Dual Degree Program (For Foreign Student)

●Please fill out the "Foreign Student Application Form for Dual Gegree Program Admission" and attach with the relevant language proficiency certificates & academic transcripts, etc.

● Submit the application and document to the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs within the designated period of time.

●Please note the application deadline and the tuition at student's own expense
